It was founded in 2006 in the city of Mataró by a group of people with a long history of more than 30 years of experience in this sector, as a result of the disappearance of the diamond and CBN grinding wheel manufacturing industry that for one reason or another and as a consequence of changes, economic among others, in recent times, left the city of Mataró without manufacturing this type of tools.
